Your Systems & License Transfer

While your NMLS license transfer is processing, your company email will be active and you can begin filing new loans immediately.

You can begin originating today at clearhomeloans.floify.com — enter the property address as “TBD” only.

Once submitted, email Sher (sher@aspirehomeloans.com) the borrowers’ last names so files can be tracked internally.

Confirm Your Transition Date
Reply to confirm your intended transition date. Once confirmed, terminate your sponsorship with your current company so we can complete the NMLS transfer using the information in Phase 1.

Prepare Your CRM Lists
Separate contacts into categories and save each as its own CSV file (e.g., PastClients.csv, RealtorPartners.csv). Tag as: Realtor Partners, Past Clients, Networking, New Leads. Then submit your CRM Onboarding Form.

Access pre-created social media content on SharePoint. Update LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and landing pages with your Clear Home Loans information.
